Q : How do i purchase a package?
You can purchase a package either by submitting a booking enquiry to the agents or purchase directly at the 'Buy Now' button. A booking enquiry can be done by three different ways.
- If you are already a SOTA Passport holder, you can make booking enquiry by logging in your SOTA Passport Email address and Password.

- Alternatively, you can create your SOTA Passport by using your Facebook account .
- You can also proceed without signing in without being a SOTA Passport holder.
Q : How do i know if my booking enquiry has reached the agent?
Upon submitting your enquiry, you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm receipt of your enquiry. Simultaneously, our agent will also be notified of your enquiry via email. Once they received the notification they will login to the system and reply to your enquiry. The agent will contact you within 2-3 days via email or phone.
Q : What should i do if i have not received any response to my enquiry?
Please login to the system and submit your enquiry again. Alternatively you may want to try our FastQuote whereby your enquiry will be generated and submitted to multiple agents.
Q : How can i view all my booking enquiries online?
You can view all enquiries made by logging in to your SOTA passport. You are required to enter your registered email and password. You can just login here to access your enquiries
and click here if you have forgotten your SOTA passport password.
Q : What is fastquote?
A FastQuote is an open request for quotation if you are not able to find a listed package that meets your requirements.
Upon submission of the form online, your request will be sent to SOTA's network of travel agents who may be able to customise a package for you.
Q : How to use fastquote?
Simply complete the online form with your contact details and travel request. In the comment box, let us know what specific travel requirements you may have. The more information you provide about your requirements, the easier it is for a travel agent to respond to your needs. If a travel agent is able to customise a package for you, you will receive an email reply. You may also log in to your SOTA Passport account for a consolidated view of all your requests submitted. Do note that FastQuotes must be made at least 14 days before departure.
Q : What if i don't get a reply to my fastquote submitted?
The FastQuote is an open request for quotation from SOTA's network of travel agents. The information you provide on your specific travel requirements will make it easier for an agent to respond. If you did not receive any reply, please submit your FastQuote again by providing more specific information.
Q : What is a SOTA Passport?
SOTA Passport is a single access facility that allows you to manage booking enquiries and travel plans within a single account using your registered email address and password. You can conveniently use your SOTA Passport across all SOTA-powered travel websites.
Q : Why should i sign up as a SOTA Passport holder?
With a SOTA Passport, you have a personalised account that provides you a consolidated view of all your booking enquiries. As a SOTA Passport member, you will be notified of any travel offers and promotions from our network of travel agents.
Q : Am i allowed to use a nickname to register for SOTA Passport?
It is not recommended since your ID will be your email address. Therefore, please provide us with accurate information so that we can contact you and keep you updated on the status of your booking enquiry.
Q : Can i have multiple email addresses for my SOTA Passport?
Each SOTA Passport account is unique to the email address registered with us. You may maintain more than one account but ensure that you login with the correct email address that you used when you made the booking enquiry.
Q : Can i include my new information in SOTA Passport details?
Yes you can. You can update your information in the Update Profile section.
Q : I am not able to view my recent booking enquiries, what can i do?
