Q : How do i know if my booking enquiry has reached the agent?
You can purchase a package either by submitting a booking enquiry to the agents or purchase directly at the 'Buy Now' button. A booking enquiry can be done by three different ways.
- If you are already a SOTA Passport holder, you can make booking enquiry by logging in your SOTA Passport Email address and Password.
if you have forgotten your SOTA passport password.
If you are a first time user,
to sign up as a SOTA Passport holder.
- Alternatively, you can create your SOTA Passport by using your Facebook account .
- You can also proceed without signing in without being a SOTA Passport holder.
Q : What should i do if i have not received any response to my enquiry?
Upon submitting your enquiry, you will receive an acknowledgement email to confirm receipt of your enquiry. Simultaneously, our agent will also be notified of your enquiry via email. Once they received the notification they will login to the system and reply to your enquiry. The agent will contact you within 2-3 days via email or phone.
Q : How can i view all my booking enquiries online?
Please login to the system and submit your enquiry again. Alternatively you may want to try our FastQuote whereby your enquiry will be generated and submitted to multiple agents.
You can view all enquiries made by logging in to your SOTA passport. You are required to enter your registered email and password. You can just login here to access your enquiries
