SOTA do not control the information provided on the travel products listed by travel suppliers. By using this Site, you agree to accept such risks and SOTA is not responsible for the acts or omissions of users on the Site, which includes the acts or omissions of the travel suppliers.

FULLFILMENT OF PURCHASE

By using this website, you agreed that SOTA as a technology platform provider is not responsible for the fulfilment of purchases made on the Site. SOTA is not responsible for any loss arising from the non-fulfilment of travel products after the purchase is made. Consumers who wish to make a complaint or claim are advised to take up the matter directly with the travel supplier concerned.

VERIFICATION OF TRAVEL SUPPLIER

Travel suppliers who apply to use SOTA undergo a verification process prior to being accepted as a registered user of the platform. Part of this verification process includes having a valid business registration, travel agent or travel operator licence and/or endorsed by the national travel associations(s) of their country of registration.

The travel suppliers who apply to use SOTA are to immediately inform SOTA of events affecting their ability to perform their commitments, warranties, representations and obligations towards the purchasing consumers or the potential risk of such events.

Should any travel supplier be found to abuse the platform for purposes of intended fraud, cheating or scam, SOTA will take appropriate action to suspend the agent from further trading on SOTA-powered websites, as soon as the information is known. For the avoidance of doubt, SOTA does not guarantee the due performance of the travel suppliers of all their commitments, warranties, representations and obligations towards the purchasing consumers. SOTA shall not be held liable in the event of a failure of performance, observance and compliance of any commitments, warranties, representations and obligations of the travel suppliers (including any non-compliance of the law or statutory regulations).
